Welcome to the Monthly Meeting of Friends of Philadelphia, also known as Arch Street Friends thanks to the location of our Meeting House on Arch Street in Philadelphia's Old City neighborhood. Arch Street Friends offer unprogrammed Meeting for Worship twice a week to gather as Friends in silent worship. Join us on Sunday mornings at 10:30 am in person, or on Wednesday evenings at 5:30 pm on Zoom. Information about how to participate with us in Worship can be found in our Calendar.

Meeting for Worship | In Person
10:30-11:30am
Venue: Arch Street Meeting House, 320 Arch Street, Philadelphia PA 19106
We gather in-person for unprogrammed meeting for worship at 10:30 am on Sunday mornings, intending to open ourselves wholly to the Divine Spirit, which we believe is within and beyond each person. We welcome all newcomers and visitors to join us, and a greeter will be on hand to welcome you as you arrive and help you get oriented. Visit our Invitation to Worship page for an introduction on how we gather in worshipful silence and what to expect when you join us.
Our meeting provides free childcare, and following the rise of meeting, we provide refreshments to enjoy each other's fellowship after worship.

Children's Meeting
10:30-11:15am
Venue: Arch Street Meeting House
Children's Meeting is our version of Sunday School or First Day school and is overseen by a certified instructor. Geared towards a large range of ages—from Pre-K through 8th Grade—we offer a fluid curriculum perfect for regular attendance or drop ins.
Children's Meeting is held on the First, Second, and Third Sunday of each month (September through June) from 10:30 am–11:15 am and is open to the children of all members, attenders, and visitors. Children will be engaged so caregivers can attend Meeting for Worship. Children will join worship for the last 15 minutes.
Children's Meeting is offered at no cost to caregivers. Free childcare is also available onsite for younger children. Please see Children's Meeting for full details. We ask that all children not participating in Children's Meeting or childcare to join their parents in Meeting for Worship. No children should be left unattended in the meeting house.

Second Annual Picture Day
11:30am
Venue: Arch Street Meeting House
Join us for our Second Annual Picture Day, as we continue a new tradition of documenting our meeting community each year. Right after Meeting for Worship, a photographer will be onsite in the West Room to capture a group photo of our members and attenders together as a record of who makes up our community this year and how it grows and changes over time. The photo will be shared with the community afterward for everyone to keep, and we'll also take individual committee photos following the group picture.
We want to capture as many Friends as possible, so please plan to stay after worship and join us!
